Sintra is always a surprise! In the summer, in winter, with rain, sun, cold or heat, always full of charm. A snack in Sintra is always a great program. In addition to the natural beauty of the place, there are lots of cafes with lots of charm for this purpose. Yesterday I experienced the Espaço Edla, cafe and tea house, with light meals for lunch, which name was stolen to the Countess with the same name, whose chalet recovered after a fire in the 90, can now again be visited. It is part of the monuments in charge of Monte da Lua. I Tasted a cinnamon pie with fresh eggs cream that was a delight. The cakes and cookies look all fantastic, so the choose is really difficult... The space itself is very friendly, always with temporary art exhibitions... But even better is to watch the photos!
On the same street and a few steps ahead is my favorite shop in Sintra, A Loja Pó de Arroz where I always have to stop when I go to Sintra. Full of little treasures, many of them handcrafted by the skilled hands of Tania Rato, the store is the ideal place to buy a gift, to us or to others. I bought a beautiful turban!
And that's all, yesterday was just a quick walk but a very nice one.
See you soon!
